Hi, I’m Colestè, a freelance makeup artist based in the Darling Downs, specialising in soft, timeless beauty for real women.

My journey with makeup started when I was 16, long before I ever imagined it would become my career. I went on to spend more than a decade in the mining industry working in Systems and Compliance, but my love for makeup never took a back seat. Even during those years, I found myself attending masterclasses, building my kit, and doing makeup for friends and clients whenever I could. It was always the thing that lit me up.

Growing up in far north-west Queensland, I’ve got a deep appreciation for the country, the people, the pace, and the realness. There’s something about a country wedding that just hits differently, and I feel genuinely honoured every time I get to play a part in one.

These days, I’ve built a business that feels like me through and through. My approach to makeup is all about enhancing what’s already there, creating effortless, polished, confident beauty that lasts. I’m constantly refining my skills through ongoing training because I believe artistry should evolve right alongside the women I work with.

When I’m not behind the makeup chair, you’ll find me on our small farm just outside Toowoomba with my husband, our toddler, a herd of Herefords, and a very loyal cattle dog. I love a good shopping day, long lunches that stretch into the afternoon, and a sneaky spicy marg. Most nights end with me staying up too late reading or dreaming up the next big idea.

Makeup, for me, is connection. It’s helping women feel at home in their skin and confident in their story. Whether it’s your wedding morning, a special event, or just a moment to treat yourself, my goal is simple: to make you look and feel like you, just elevated.
